Blessing of the Bikes 2010:  Our 5th annual Blessing of the Bikes will be April 25th.  Our Sunday morning gathering will be held at 10am at the Gibraltar Trade Center, followed by registration at 11am and the Blessing at 2pm.

Blessing of the Bikes Planning Meeting:  March 28th at 2pm at the Community Cafe.  If you would like to help serve at the Blessing of the Bikes please attend this meeting. 

Men’s Breakfast:  Join us, Saturday, March 13th at 8am for a breakfast and fellowship at the Community Cafe.

Serving Opportunities

Mission Trip:  April 3-10 we will be heading back to New Orleans.  If you are interested in going, there is a sign up sheet and registration packets on the table in the hallway.  Cost is $200.  Sign up deadline is March 14th.  Contact Linda for details at 586-713-6326.

Donations for Blessing of the Bikes:  We are starting to collect donations for the giveaways at the 5th Annual Blessing of the Bikes.  If you are getting donations, please get a business card from the donor and bring the card and donation to our Sunday gatherings so we can start creating a thank you flyer. 

Feeding the Homeless

My Brother’s Keeper:  Tuesday, March 2nd we will be serving the homeless in downtown Detroit.  Meet us at the Community Cafe by 5:30 pm

The Well(Gratiot, north of Hall Rd):  Thursday, March 18th we are serving those in need within our own community.  Come anytime between 3-8 pm to help cook and serve.

Connections ~ Life is better together

Celebrate Recovery:  The group is open to anyone looking for support and freedom from hurts, hangups, and habits.  We meet Tuesday nights at 7:30 pm at the Community Cafe.  Contact Deb for details at 586-747-5054.

Weekly Bible Study:  Wednesday nights at 7pm at the Community Cafe.
