Beginning Saturday, September 12thwe have an opportunity to serve the community through the Anchor Bay Junior Football League.  We will be selling concessions during their 3 and possibly 4 games at the Anchor Bay Middle School North sports field.  We will need volunteers from 11am until 6pm to sell stuff like pizza, hot dogs and chili dogs pop and popcorn.  Contact Greg Nikkel with questions.

Monday, September 14th there will be a golf outing with the FOP to raise funds for the Shop with a Cop program.  Contact Larry Smith with questions.

Saturday, September 19this our Neighbor 2 Neighbor program at the Community Cafe.  Remember, this is about connecting with Your neighbors.  Bring in those who are hungry and need help putting food on their tables, have a cup of coffee with them and they can take home 50 pounds of food.  There is a sheet on the table in the hallway on Sunday to sign people up.  There are also donation cards for people to fill out to get a tax receipt for their monetary donations for this program. 

Friday, September 25th is our movie night at the Cafe.  Bring a dish to share and we’ll watch End of the Spear. 

Monday, September 28th there will be a CCW class at the Community Cafe at 7pm.  Contact Larry Smith for more information.
