I am so late at “Blogging” all the things that happen around North Shore. About a week ago I had found a trailer to purchase for World Hope, (They had asked if I would locate one that could be used as a tool trailer)- after looking at a bunch of junk and over priced items- God put it all together! Only God can connect us with a year old, 8.5×20 RC car hauler… for 4500.00 dollars- a 7500.00 dollar trailer a year ago- is God good or what. That answers the question, why look for a trailer in Detroit! So comes our next situation- This trailer has to get to New Orleans to pick up tools from our closed down site there, and then go to Wrightsville Georgia, where a new site is being set up due to a tornado devastating that town- with the cost of fuel, the time needed to complete the task, we needed a plan. A couple of days later I was introduced to Howard, a retired Pastor that lives south of Lansing and has a son in Louisiana… So Howard and his wife show up Monday with their pick up truck (a magnificent 1990 with 343,000 miles on her!!!) So after a couple hours of Tom and I getting it ready for the task at hand- they were off to Louisiana. I am just amazed at how our God can put things together. He has a team worldwide, so my challenge for you today, “are you on His team?” Jesus wants you on His team, He paid for it with His blood and He needs you in the game!

Here is some numbers from our third annual Blessing of the Bike (er’s)! The ladies counted 460 registered riders, the guess is that there were between 325-375 bikes- I believe a thousand hot dogs were given away, all of the pig including the squeal was consumed, 700 bottles of water were consumed, but the best part was this… over 550 people heard the message of Jesus Christ- everything that we did was in the Name of Jesus!!!!
